Hydrogen: A Gateway to Health 036 – Rediscovering the Power of Hydrogen in Japan (Part 1)

Hello. This time, I would like to discuss the “power of hydrogen” that I newly realized through my recent experience of returning to Japan after a long time.

I first encountered and began incorporating hydrogen during a stay in Japan two years ago. At that time, I started hydrogen inhalation out of desperation, but my physical condition gradually recovered, which prompted me to introduce hydrogen to my family and friends in Japan (I also wrote about this in Episode 002). Although I was anxious about the future back then, the experience of restoring my physical and mental balance through hydrogen has become a great support and source of passion for hydrogen.

During this return to Japan, one very pleasing event was reuniting with the people I had introduced hydrogen to previously, and they happily told me, “I feel great,” and “My skin has clearly changed.” Learning that everyone had incorporated hydrogen into their daily lives and was continually taking charge of their own health reaffirmed the power of hydrogen for me.

Furthermore, this was the first time I offered treatments combined with hydrogen to my Japanese clients. In my sessions, clients perform hydrogen inhalation for about two hours, and afterward, I received many surprised comments such as, “My body feels lighter,” “I feel refreshed,” and upon looking in the mirror, “My skin is brighter,” “Wrinkles look smoother,” and “My eyes look wider open.” Some individuals feel sleepy or experience a runny nose during inhalation, which is said to be a natural reaction caused by the parasympathetic nervous system becoming dominant—a sign that the body is relaxing and trying to return to its original balance.

Among the clients who came for treatment were some who were undergoing medical care for conditions such as prostate cancer, spinal canal stenosis, or post-hernia surgery. Everyone completed the session without issues and left feeling relaxed. This was another opportunity to confirm the safety of hydrogen and its broad applicability regardless of age or physical condition.

Next time, I plan to share more about my experiences with hydrogen in Japan and the feelings of many individuals.
