Hydrogen: A Gateway to Health 011 – Hydrogen and Physical Performance

Hello. This time, I would like to focus on the impact of hydrogen on athletic performance and recovery. According to sports science research, hydrogen has the effect of alleviating muscle soreness and fatigue after exercise, and it reduces oxidative stress in the muscles. For this reason, many athletes are incorporating hydrogen to improve both performance and recovery speed.

I personally use hydrogen inhalation before and after my sessions as a therapist. Hydrogen inhalation helps remove active oxygen species in the body and promotes rapid recovery. This enhances concentration during the treatment and reduces fatigue afterward.

Additionally, I maintain my body’s hydration balance and refresh my system with its antioxidant effects by drinking hydrogen water throughout the day. The consumption of hydrogen water is highly effective for recovery after long sessions or exercise, helping to restore energy and maintain focus.

Furthermore, I incorporate a hydrogen bath into my routine both morning and evening to refresh my body at the start and end of the day. Soaking in a hydrogen-rich bath allows hydrogen to permeate the entire body, reducing active oxygen species while warming the body from the core. This promotes blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, and leads to deeper sleep.

From my own experience, these practices have proven to be highly effective. The potential of hydrogen not only lies in improving athletic performance but also greatly assists with daily health maintenance and relaxation. Incorporating hydrogen as a pre/post-exercise routine, and for daily stress management, is extremely beneficial in today’s busy life.

In fact, the number of clients who visit us and are already familiar with hydrogen, have experienced it in Japan, or have integrated hydrogen water into their lives is increasing. I will continue to share information so that more people can enjoy these benefits.
