Hello. As a therapist continuing on my journey, I would like to share how my encounter with hydrogen changed my life. The right-side hemiplegia I experienced as a child and the subsequent scoliosis were major challenges for me, but they ultimately led me to the path of a therapist. After completing 10,000 sessions, I discovered fasting, dietary improvements, and colon cleansing, and I integrated all of these, including meditation, into my daily life.
However, during the pandemic, while I was able to continue exercising, it became difficult to get a massage. I suffered from pain caused by the muscular imbalance from my scoliosis. It was then that my reunion with hydrogen, an element I had almost forgotten about, opened a new chapter in my life. A decade ago, during the first hydrogen boom, I had tried hydrogen baths and hydrogen water generators but hadn’t felt any effects. This time, however, I revisited the potential of hydrogen and was profoundly moved by the remarkable changes it brought.
Hydrogen technology has advanced significantly. After hydrogen gas inhalation therapy was approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as Advanced Medical Technology B, I decided to try it myself. With advice from a medical specialist, I then tried the latest hydrogen baths, hydrogen water generators, and supplements. The changes brought about by hydrogen—reduced pain, improved harmony in my parasympathetic nervous system, and better sleep quality—revitalized my daily life. In particular, my mind, which had unknowingly become subdued during the pandemic, was uplifted once again through hydrogen.
The latest research on hydrogen is updated daily, and its contribution to health is immeasurable. I have come to realize that hydrogen is deeply involved not only in our physical health but also in our mental well-being.
