More than ten years ago, hydrogen water lost popularity because many products did not actually contain hydrogen by the time they were consumed.

– Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe. Because it is so tiny and light, it escapes easily—even through microscopic gaps.

– Higher temperatures accelerate hydrogen loss.
