🌿 Blog 50-1 Opening the Door to Health with Hydrogen Understanding Hormonal Changes and Your Skin

Hello everyone.

In Episode 50 of my newspaper column, I introduced the relationship between hormonal changes and skin concerns, along with how I incorporate hydrogen into my daily skincare routine.

Today, I’d like to take a closer look at why our skin changes throughout different stages of life.

Our Skin Changes with Hormones

A woman’s skin naturally changes throughout life.

Hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause can all influence how the skin looks and feels.

One hormone, estrogen, is known to play an important role in maintaining skin hydration and elasticity.

As hormone levels change, many women notice that their skin becomes drier, more sensitive, or less predictable than before.

Skin Changes Are a Normal Part of Life

At my salon, many clients tell me:

“My skin suddenly feels much drier.”

“Products I’ve used for years no longer seem to work the same way.”

“My skin becomes unpredictable whenever the seasons change.”

These experiences are common and are often part of the natural changes that occur throughout life.

Rather than expecting our skin to remain exactly the same, I believe it’s important to adjust our skincare routine as our skin changes.

My Personal Approach

Like many women, I have also noticed changes in my skin over the years.

Along with moisturizing and sun protection, I choose to include hydrogen mist, hydrogen inhalation, and hydrogen baths as part of my daily wellness and skincare routine.

My goal isn’t to fight aging.

Instead, I believe in caring for my skin gently and consistently while adapting to its changing needs.

Summary (50-1)

In Episode 50 of my newspaper column, I introduced the relationship between hormonal changes and hydrogen skincare.

Our skin changes naturally throughout life, influenced by hormones, lifestyle, and our environment.

Rather than resisting those changes, I believe we can support our skin by developing gentle, consistent skincare habits that fit our individual needs.

In Blog 50-2, we’ll explore oxidative stress, free radicals, and why these topics have become important areas of molecular hydrogen research.
