What I Couldn’t Fully Cover in the Column
In Episode 27, I discussed how hydrogen may relate to fatigue during the transition from winter to spring.
In this blog, I would like to first explore why we tend to feel more tired during this seasonal shift.

Changes in the Body During Seasonal Shifts
The transition from winter to spring brings several changes:
• temperature fluctuations
• changes in daylight
• shifts in daily rhythm
These factors can affect the body’s balance.

Why Winter Fatigue Lingers
During winter, the body may experience:
• reduced circulation
• less physical activity
• limited sunlight exposure
As a result, energy levels may feel lower,
and fatigue can carry over into the next season.
This may be experienced as:
• tiredness
• low energy
• reduced focus

The Importance of Restoring Balance
Rather than pushing harder,
this season calls for restoring balance.
Key elements include:
• sleep
• circulation
• body temperature
• daily rhythm
When these are supported, recovery may feel more natural.

Conclusion (27-1)
Seasonal transitions require the body to adjust.
By gradually restoring balance,
it may be easier to move into the next season feeling refreshed.
