What I Couldn’t Fully Cover in the Column
In Episode 25, I introduced how a “blood flow scope” can be used to observe circulation and explore its relationship with hydrogen.
In this blog, I would like to begin by looking at why blood flow matters and what it means to visualize it.

Blood Flow as an Invisible Indicator of Health
Blood flow is something we cannot usually see,
yet it plays a fundamental role in maintaining overall health.
Capillaries are responsible for transporting:
- oxygen
• nutrients
• waste products
throughout the body.
For this reason, circulation is closely connected to overall body condition.

What Happens When Circulation Slows Down
Circulation can be influenced by many factors, including:
- cold temperatures
• stress
• lifestyle habits
When circulation slows, people may notice:
- cold hands and feet
• swelling
• fatigue
• changes in skin condition

The Value of Visualization
A blood flow scope allows you to see your own circulation in real time.
By observing:
- flow speed
• movement of red blood cells
• overall smoothness of circulation
it becomes easier to understand changes in the body.
Seeing these changes often increases awareness of one’s own condition.

Conclusion (25-1)
Blood flow is an invisible yet important indicator of health.
By visualizing it,
we gain a clearer understanding of our body’s condition.
