In Column Eleven, I touched on how hydrogen may support physical performance and recovery.
In this blog, I’d like to go a little deeper and explain why hydrogen is not only relevant for athletes, but also for people who use their bodies daily—through work, caregiving, or an active lifestyle—based on my own experience as a therapist.

The Relationship Between Hydrogen and Post-Activity Fatigue
After exercise or prolonged physical activity, our bodies naturally produce reactive oxygen species (ROS).
While this is a normal process, excessive oxidative stress can lead to muscle tightness, heaviness, and lingering fatigue.

My Experience as a Therapist
As a therapist, my work is physically demanding and requires sustained focus.
