Hello everyone.
In the 60th edition of our newspaper column published on September 19, we addressed sensitivity to cold caused by summer air conditioning and featured individuals who incorporate hydrogen inhalation into their daily wellness routines.
In Blog 60-1, we discussed the importance of balancing air conditioning, hydration, and healthy daily habits.
Today, I’d like to introduce one of the experiences many visitors enjoy at our salon—capillary observation.

Looking at Your Body in a Different Way
At our salon, clients who are interested may choose to observe the tiny capillaries in their fingertips using a capillary microscope.
Many people tell me they have never seen this part of their body before and enjoy learning more about themselves.
Capillary observation is not intended to diagnose medical conditions, but it can encourage people to think more about their everyday wellness habits.

A Starting Point for Better Daily Habits
After capillary observation, some clients choose to experience hydrogen inhalation.
Some later tell me they felt warmer or more relaxed, although these are personal experiences and individual responses vary.
Rather than focusing on any single observation, I encourage clients to look at their overall lifestyle, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, hydration, and daily self-care.

Learning More About Hydrogen Wellness
Capillary observation often leads to conversations about hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, hydrogen water, and home hydrogen systems.
Some visitors simply enjoy the experience at the salon, while others later ask about continuing hydrogen wellness at home.
My goal is always to provide balanced, easy-to-understand information so each person can make informed decisions.

Summary (60-2)
Inspired by Episode 60 of my newspaper column, today we explored capillary observation as a way to become more aware of daily wellness.
Taking an interest in your own body can be the first step toward healthier everyday habits.
Some people also choose to include hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, or hydrogen water as part of their personal wellness routine.
In Blog 60-3, I’ll share what more than 30 years as a therapist has taught me about maintaining comfort and balance throughout the summer.
Capillary observation is not intended for medical diagnosis. This article is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
