Hello, this is Sonata 🌿✨
We are now in mid-October, and as if it were a lie that we were wearing short sleeves just recently, suddenly chilly days have been increasing.
Many of you likely had to rush to pull out long-sleeve shirts and thick cardigans from the back of your closets due to the morning and evening chill, finishing your autumn wardrobe change in a hurry 🧥
Speaking of seasonal transitions, it is also a timing when we begin to notice not only sudden temperature drops, but also skin and throat dryness.
When we start feeling the chill and dryness in the air, we truly feel, “Ah, the season is steadily moving from autumn to winter.”

During this time when temperatures plummet and our bodies are not yet used to the cold, we unconsciously tend to tense our shoulders or feel that fatigue lingers more easily.
That is precisely why, after returning from the cold and dry outdoors, I truly cherish my “at-home care” where I can breathe a sigh of relief indoors 🌿
Let’s start with bath time. On days when it suddenly turns cold or during the dry season, I take a long, relaxing soak in a slightly lukewarm “hydrogen bath” 🛁
Stretching my limbs wide in the bathtub and taking deep breaths while enveloped in the delicate bubbles spreading through the water, feeling my body, stiffened by the cold outside air, gently and thoroughly warm up from the core brings a blissful warming time where my hardworking body softly relaxes.

And from the time I step out of the bath until I get into bed, it is time for my nightly staple: hydrogen inhalation 🌙
I dim the lights in the room to rely only on the soft glow of indirect lighting, play some quiet, soothing acoustic music in the background, and gently breathe through the cannula.
Using hydrogen inhalation does not mean that the dryness or sudden cold of the seasonal change will vanish instantly. However, by taking this time every day at a set hour to focus on my own breathing and return my mind to a neutral state by telling myself, “Good job today,” I feel as though a warm, gentle sense of mental space opens up within me ✨

Furthermore, for hydration when I wake up in the morning or during the day, I have a glass of hydrogen water 💧 Precisely because it is a season when dryness is a concern, I make it a point to comfortably spend my days at my own pace while steadily supplying gentle hydration to my body.
We can easily find ourselves struggling to keep up with sudden wardrobe changes and temperature shifts. However, isn’t the most important thing to put your own pace first and continue comfortable habits without overworking yourself?
Moving forward, while enjoying our autumn wardrobe changes and the shifting seasons, I hope to continue cherishing healthy self-care at my own personal pace 🍂
I hope you all stay warm and spend wonderful autumn days as well.
