Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿✨
Now that Tanabata on July 7th has passed, it really feels like we’re heading into the height of summer, doesn’t it?🎋☀️
I’m sure some of you wrote wishes on tanzaku strips or gazed up at the night sky🌌
Once Tanabata is over, it feels like the season has taken a step forward.
Even as we still feel the humidity of the rainy season, there are more and more days with strong sunlight during the day. It’s hot enough to make you break a sweat when you go outside, but as soon as you step indoors, the air conditioning makes it feel chilly. It’s that time of year when your body feels a little thrown off by these temperature swings💦
I, too, find that when I walk outside and then step into an air-conditioned room during this time of year, while I feel relieved, I also sometimes feel a chill deep within my body.
Air conditioning is essential for beating the heat, but if it’s too cold, your shoulders can feel heavy, and you might feel sluggish at night, right? 🌿

Every day is a balancing act between the heat and the air conditioning ☀️❄️
Summer isn’t just hot—it’s also a season marked by a huge difference between outdoor and indoor temperatures.
You sweat outside, and your body gets chilled by the air conditioning indoors.
Even when you think you’ve stayed hydrated, you suddenly realize you’re thirsty.
Nights are restless, and you don’t feel quite refreshed when you wake up in the morning.
When these small changes pile up, you can end up accumulating fatigue without even realizing it💭
Of course, it’s hard to manage everything perfectly. Some days are packed with work, household chores, and appointments, and other days require you to be active in the heat.
That’s exactly why I make a conscious effort to “take care of myself just a little bit, within my means”😊
I try not to drink only cold beverages.
I try to avoid sitting directly in the air conditioning draft.
I make sure to set aside a day to soak in the bathtub.
I take some time to wind down a little earlier in the evening 🌙
These may be small things, but to get through the summer comfortably, it’s the accumulation of these daily habits that matters most.
At the end of the day, I take a moment to relax with hydrogen 💧
For me, taking in hydrogen is a precious moment in my summer days that helps me reset my mindset 🌿
Time to slowly regulate my breathing while inhaling hydrogen after I get home.
Time to gently warm my body, chilled by the air conditioning, while soaking in a hydrogen bath 🛁✨
“I’m feeling a little tired today.”
“The temperature difference between outside and inside is making my body feel a bit heavy.”
At times like these, I find that simply setting aside some quiet time helps me feel more at ease.
For me, incorporating hydrogen into my routine isn’t something special—it’s simply one form of self-care woven into my daily life. 😊💧
Rather than making a major change, it serves as a “reminder to pay attention to my body and emotions” amidst my busy daily life.

Summer is the perfect time to cherish your bath time 🛁✨
When the hot season rolls around, there are days when you just want to skip the bath and take a quick shower, right?
On busy days or days when I’ve worked up a sweat, I sometimes think, “Maybe a shower will be enough today” 🚿
But when my body is chilled from the air conditioning or I’m still feeling a bit tired, there’s nothing quite like the comfort of soaking in a warm bath.
Take a deep, slow breath while soaking in a hydrogen bath.
Dim the lights a little and let your mind wander without thinking about anything.
Reflect on the day’s events and tell yourself, “Good job today.” 🌙
Just doing that makes a hectic day feel a little gentler as it comes to a close.
Summer is a season when the heat makes us feel tired on the outside, but it’s also a time when we’re prone to internal imbalances due to indoor chill and disrupted daily rhythms.
That’s exactly why I want to cherish my evening hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen bath time, within reasonable limits 🌿💧

Even as summer reaches its peak, take it at your own pace 🌿☀️
Once Tanabata passes, summer really starts to heat up.
When hot days go on and on, it’s easy to try to power through, but it’s also important not to push yourself too hard 😊
Stay hydrated 🥤
Rest when you can 🌙
Soak in the tub 🛁
Take deep breaths 🌿
Make time to take in hydrogen 💧
These may seem like small things, but I feel they become important habits that support us day by day.
This summer, too, let’s find a comfortable way to spend our days at our own pace, while managing the heat and air conditioning ☀️✨
Please don’t push yourselves too hard, and may you all enjoy a peaceful summer 🌿
