Hello, it’s Sonata.🌿
During this season when the cold lingers on,
there are days when your health or mood suddenly wavers, right?❄️
In previous posts, I’ve written about:
・The fluctuations I felt during pollen season🌸
・Maintenance tips while continuing hydrogen inhalation🧼
・Shifting daily self-care to a “no-effort approach”🛋️
This time, drawing from those experiences,
I’d like to delve a little deeper into the theme:
“What does it mean to ‘get in tune’?”
📊 The days I’d get excited or worried over numbers
I used to be the type who judged my health by “numbers.”
・Weight fluctuations
・Blood pressure
・Blood test results
I was especially fixated on my hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels,
feeling anxious every time I got tested.
At one point,
my HbA1c gradually dropped from 11 to 5.8 over time
(about a year, according to the test results).
Of course, this wasn’t just the power of hydrogen alone.
I believe it was the result of gradually reviewing my diet and daily rhythm,
and making adjustments while consulting with my doctor.
Even so,
feeling that “things are moving in a positive direction, even if slowly,”
was genuinely a happy event 🌸
But at the same time,
I also realized that
“chasing numbers alone can be mentally exhausting.”

🧠 I started to see “balancing” through “physical sensation”
From there, little by little,
I began to value “physical sensation” over just the numbers.
For example, points like these👇
• When waking up in the morning, is breathing easier?
• When climbing stairs, is the shortness of breath less than before?
• • Whether I fall asleep easily at night
• Whether I get irritated less easily over small things
As I incorporated hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, and hydrogen water into my life,
I started valuing small changes like:
“My body feels a bit lighter today”
“My breath comes in smoothly”
It wasn’t about black-and-white thinking like “cured/not cured,”
but about sensing the gradation for myself:
Today might be a little better
Today feels a bit tougher
That was the sensation closest to “aligning” for me.
That feeling was closest to what “balancing myself” meant to me.🌿

⚖️ Numbers matter, but so does mental space
Of course, test results and numbers are extremely important.
A doctor’s diagnosis and advice are the most crucial indicators.
However, even on days when the numbers were a bit off,
• • You just happened to be sleep-deprived that day
• It was a seasonal transition, a time when the body is prone to fluctuations
• Work or commitments piled up, leaving your mind tense
…there’s often context like that, right?
So now, I try to view both loosely as a set:
• Numbers → A “map” to understand your current state
• Body sensations → A “compass” to adjust your daily rhythm🧭
“Maybe I pushed a bit too hard today”
“This past week, I’ve been resting well.”
While observing my physical sensations like this,
I might extend my hydrogen inhalation time a bit,
or conversely, make sure to go to bed early on certain days.
“Adjusting” isn’t about striving for perfection,
but gently returning to my own pace.
That’s what I’ve come to realize.

🌿 My Personal Signs of Being “In Order”
For me right now,
the signs that make me feel “I’m in order” are very simple.
• Waking up in the morning and thinking, “Alright, let’s give it another shot today.”
• Taking a deep breath and feeling my chest expand smoothly.
• Not getting too thrown off by minor schedule changes.
• Falling asleep at night thinking, “I did my best again today.”
None of these are anything extraordinary.
But when several of these small signs overlap,
I feel, “Ah, I’m actually pretty balanced right now.” 😊
Hydrogen has become something that gently supports these daily “fine-tuning” moments.
☁️ Summary
• “Feeling balanced” isn’t determined by numbers alone
• From my experience where my hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) value
slowly stabilized over about a year, going from 11 → 5.8,
I started paying attention to both the numbers and how I feel
• Hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, and hydrogen water
have become “quiet moments to return to my own pace” for me.
• Rather than aiming for perfection,
“making things a little easier for myself right now”
is my personal sense of “getting in order.”
Moving forward,
while continuing to carefully monitor my numbers,
I want to prioritize “how I feel today” even more,
and keep finding my own way to incorporate hydrogen into my life.🌸
