🌸Episode 38: Thoughts as the Sun’s Rays Grow a Little Stronger ~The Hints of Early Summer I Felt on the Day I Went to a Concert, and My Time to Recharge~

Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿

We’re now in the latter half of May, and even here in Fukuoka, I’ve started to feel the sun’s rays getting a little stronger.

While mornings and evenings are still quite pleasant, the light during the day is gradually taking on a hint of early summer, isn’t it?☀️

The other day, when I went to a concert, there was a moment when I suddenly sensed that change.

On the way to the venue and during the short time I spent outside, I thought, “Ah, the season has moved forward a little more.”

Unlike the soft sunlight of spring, the light in late May is a bit more distinct, and within that brightness, I felt something like the entrance to summer.

It wasn’t a heavy heat, but I felt as though the light was reaching my body a little more strongly than before 🍀

Just the fact that it’s the day of a concert makes you feel a little special, doesn’t it?

There’s the excitement of heading toward a moment you’ve been looking forward to, and I think part of the appeal is being able to spend time in an atmosphere that’s different from usual.

However, I was on my feet for a long time that day, and while it was fun, by the time it ended, my legs and body were more tired than I’d expected.

I didn’t really notice it while I was caught up in the moment, but as I was heading home, I realized, “I was on my feet pretty much the whole time today.”

After a fun time, even if your heart feels full, your body can still be a little tired, right?

On days like that, I appreciate the quiet time I spend at home even more than usual 🌿

For me, taking time to recharge at the end of a day like that is incredibly important.

I feel like the day ends on a gentler note when I have a moment to slowly calm my mind and body while still holding onto the afterglow of the fun I had.

At times like that, I naturally find myself drawn to my hydrogen bath 🛁

After a day spent standing and feeling exhausted, soaking slowly in the tub at home gives me that sense of finally being able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Of course, this is just my own personal experience, but when I’m in a hydrogen bath, the water sometimes feels somehow softer.

The more I feel the fatigue in my legs or the heaviness in my body—like after a concert—the more comforting that gentle sensation feels ✨

While the lively atmosphere and lingering echoes of a live concert are wonderful, there’s a different kind of comfort to be found in the quiet moments after returning home.

Perhaps it’s precisely because we’ve spent the day on our feet, having so much fun, that the sense of relief we feel when returning to a quiet space feels even deeper.

Especially during this time of seasonal transition, I find myself wanting to cherish both the joy I feel outdoors and the calm I find at home.

It’s not about choosing one over the other, but about making sure I have moments to truly relax within the flow of each day.

That, to me, seems like the key to living each day comfortably 🌸

In late May, even though it still looks like an extension of spring, the light and air gradually start to hint at early summer, don’t they?

When I notice those small changes, I realize that the seasons are truly moving forward.

On the day I went to the concert, I felt the seasons shifting amidst all the fun, and afterward, taking a hydrogen bath at home helped me return to my own rhythm.

It made me realize once again that both the time I spend out and about and the time I spend recharging at home are equally important to me right now. 🍀

As we head into a season where the sun’s rays will grow even stronger, I want to make sure I don’t push myself too hard and instead focus on finding the way to recharge that works best for me.

Enjoying fun moments while making sure to return to a place where I can truly relax at the end of the day.

I hope to spend the coming season in this comfortable way 🌿
