🌸Episode 36: What I Cherish During the Season of Yellow Sand ~Taking Time to Recharge and Avoid Overdoing It Amidst the Seasonal Shifts~

Hello, this is Sonata 🌿

As we reach mid-May, hints of early summer begin to mingle with the softness of spring. While there are more sunny, pleasant days, this time of year also brings days when yellow sand is a concern, and I find myself becoming more sensitive to changes in the air.

Even if the scenery looks the same from the outside, the sky might seem a bit hazy or feel slightly heavy. On days like that, even your mood can feel a little unsettled, can’t it?

Personally, during this time of year, I find myself paying attention not just to the weather forecast, but also to the quality of the air. Even if there’s nothing specific wrong, on days when I feel like, “The air outside feels a bit off today,” I’ve started making a point to take it easy and not push myself too hard🍀

These seasonal fluctuations might be affecting our moods and daily routines without us even realizing it. That’s why I try to be more conscious than ever of “taking care of myself.”

For example, making time to relax when I get home, or taking a moment to sit quietly instead of rushing around. Even small things like that can make a big difference in how comfortable I feel that day. 🌿

One thing that has naturally become a part of my routine is taking time to incorporate hydrogen. On days when I’m worried about yellow dust, I find that taking a moment to sit quietly after I get home helps calm my mind a little.

*Of course, this is purely based on my own personal experience.

I’m not trying to make any definitive claims, but precisely because the air outside is a concern, I believe it’s important to carve out time to find peace for myself ✨

During seasonal transitions, our moods are easily swayed not just by heat or cold, but also by changes in the air, aren’t they?

I feel that if I push myself to go about my day as usual during those times, it can actually lead to more fatigue. Lately, on days like that, I’ve been trying to tell myself, “It’s okay to take it a little easier today.” Rather than pushing myself, I focus on listening to my own feelings. I find that, in the end, this makes it easier to get through each day comfortably.

The season when yellow sand is a concern is also a time when we tend to pay more attention to the color of the sky and the feel of the wind than usual.

That’s precisely why I want to prioritize quietly centering myself rather than letting external changes overwhelm me 🌸

Some days the yellow dust is a concern, while other days the sky is clear and refreshing. In a season that fluctuates like this, finding a way of life that suits you may be very important.

As we head into early summer, I want to avoid pushing myself too hard and instead cherish comfortable moments by paying attention to the atmosphere of the day and my own feelings. 🌿
