🌸Episode 35: As the days get a little warmer, here’s what I’m focusing on ~Habits for staying comfortable while feeling the first signs of early summer~

Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿

We’re nearing the middle of May, and on some days, there are more moments when I find myself breaking a light sweat.

While mornings and evenings are still pleasant, during the day I sometimes catch myself thinking, “Ah, we’re already heading into early summer” ☀️

Around this time of year, it feels a bit different from the comfort of spring, and I feel like my body’s sensations are gradually changing too.

Maybe because my body isn’t used to the heat yet, I get tired more easily than I expected, or I just feel a bit sluggish.

It’s not exactly that I’m feeling unwell, but there are days when I think, “I should be a little more careful” 🍀

It’s precisely during times like this that I prioritize making sure to set aside time each day to feel comfortable, rather than forcing myself to stay active.

That’s because I feel like both my body and mood are easily affected by the changing seasons without me even realizing it.

In that context, one thing I often incorporate into my routine is taking a hydrogen bath.

As the number of days when I break a light sweat increases, there are times when I think, “Maybe just a shower will do today,” but even on those days, taking a leisurely soak in the tub is truly soothing.🛁

Especially during this time of year, when the air outside is gradually turning summery, spending time relaxing in water that isn’t too hot feels incredibly comfortable to me.

At the end of a busy day, taking a quiet breather while soaking in a hydrogen bath makes me feel as though my mind is softening and calming down.🌿

Of course, this is just my personal experience, but the more tired I feel during the day, the more I feel that simply having time to soak in the tub at night makes a huge difference in my mood.

It’s not just about warming up my body; it’s become a time when I can think, “I was able to properly wrap up today.”

As the weather gets hotter, it’s easy to prioritize feeling refreshed above all else, but even during this time of year, I make a point of not skipping my bath time.

Even if it’s just for a short while, spending time relaxing in the warm water makes me feel like my senses are realigning.

Plus, depending on the day, the air conditioning or the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors can leave my body feeling more unsettled than I realize.

It’s precisely at times like these that having a quiet bath at night gives me a chance to reflect on myself and think, “I think I managed to get through today without pushing myself too hard.”

For me, a hydrogen bath isn’t something special—it’s simply one of those daily habits that naturally draws me back to a sense of calm.

Whether it’s a busy day, a day when I’m working up a light sweat, or during the transition between seasons, it feels like a gentle companion that consistently helps me find calm ✨

As we transition from late spring to early summer, things may look refreshing on the surface, but our bodies might actually be feeling the seasonal shift more than we realize.

That’s why, now that we’re seeing more days where I break a light sweat, I want to prioritize habits that help me feel comfortable.

Rather than pushing myself too hard, I focus on letting go.

Even when I’m busy, I make sure to carve out time to quietly recharge.

I feel like these small, daily efforts are what help me enjoy this season to the fullest 🌸

As temperatures continue to rise, I intend to continue cherishing my hydrogen bath time in a way that suits my own pace. 🌿
