Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿
Now that Golden Week is over, it feels like the atmosphere in the city is slowly returning to normal.
How did you all spend your long weekend?
Some of you may have enjoyed going out, while others may have relaxed at home😊
As for me, I didn’t take any time off during Golden Week and spent my days working as usual.
Even while feeling the lively atmosphere of the holiday, my daily life continued just as it always does, and amidst all that, there was a morning when I suddenly thought, “The season has moved on a little.”
It’s that time of year when the softness of spring is gradually settling down, and hints of early summer begin to mingle in the air.
The morning light and the feel of the breeze can seem a little different from just a short while ago, can’t they?
When we’re caught up in the hustle and bustle, our focus tends to be on just getting through each day, but noticing those subtle changes in the morning reminds me that the seasons are indeed moving forward.
In moments like that, I feel like pausing for just a little while. 🍀

Since I was working even during the long holiday, I don’t have any special memories of going out, but I feel that made it easier for me to notice the small changes in my daily life.
The morning air, the way the light comes in, the brightness outside.
In those little things, I found myself thinking, “Spring really is coming to an end.”
And I feel that, especially during these seasonal transitions, I want to avoid pushing myself too hard and instead prioritize spending my time in a way that feels comfortable for me.
Even if every day seems the same, I feel that my body and mood are gradually being affected by these shifts.
Amidst all this, one thing that has naturally become a part of my routine is taking time to incorporate hydrogen.
Even on busy days, when I have a moment to sit quietly, I feel as though my senses are being realigned.
Perhaps it’s precisely because we’ve just come out of a bustling season that I find such calming moments even more precious. 🌿

I feel that, rather than doing something grand, the things I can sustain effortlessly in my daily life suit me better.
For example, paying a little attention to the morning air.
For example, taking a quiet moment at the end of a hectic day.
For example, continuing the habits that bring me comfort without fail.
I feel that the accumulation of these small things leads to a sense of comfort during this time of seasonal transition ✨
This time of year, as we move from late spring into early summer, the vibrant energy settles down a bit, and it feels like the contours of everyday life are returning.
I don’t mind that atmosphere; if anything, it makes me feel a little relieved.
Whether you spent the long holiday weekend celebrating or went about your usual work, I imagine everyone had their own unique experience.
But no matter how you spent your time, the seasons are still moving forward little by little, and perhaps the most important thing is to find a rhythm that suits you within that flow🌸

Now that Golden Week is over, it’s that time of year when our usual routines return.
That’s exactly why I want to continue cherishing those mornings when I can notice the changing seasons, and the moments I take to quietly center myself.
Even amidst our busy days, I hope to live comfortably and authentically—without pushing myself too hard—while taking in the passing of the seasons in those fleeting moments. 🌿
