Hello, this is Sonata 🌿
As the end of March approaches,
the air starts to feel a little restless, doesn’t it? 🌸
The atmosphere in the city changes slightly,
and I find myself thinking more and more, “April is just around the corner.”
A new fiscal year, a new life, a new environment.
While this time of year makes us feel optimistic,
I also think it’s a season when we tend to tense up both mentally and physically without even realizing it😊
That’s why I
make it a point to cherish
“a moment to take a breath” right before April arrives🌿
Since spring makes us look forward, we tend to put more pressure on ourselves🌸
April has
a certain atmosphere where we feel like we “have to do things right,” doesn’t it?
With a fresh start,
it’s a time when we want to shift our mindset,
get our lives in order,
and strive to do all sorts of things ✨
But precisely because it’s that kind of time,
- we might get tired without realizing it,
- our breathing might become shallow,
- or our sleep might get a little disrupted
—I feel like these things can happen 💦
In the past,
I often struggled to adapt to these “seasonal transitions,”
and by the time I realized it, I’d be completely exhausted…
That’s why now,
I try to keep in mind to
“stop for a moment before I start running.”🌿

For me, “taking a breath” is a time to center myself.🍵
Even though I say “take a breath,”
it doesn’t mean I’m doing anything special.😊
- Sit down a little early
- Drink a warm beverage
- Spend some quiet time inhaling hydrogen
- Warm up my body in the bath
- Put down my phone and close my eyes
It’s just little things like that🌿
But strangely enough,
just having moments like these
makes it easier to get back to that mindset of
“Okay, I’ll give it another go starting tomorrow.”
For me, hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen baths
aren’t so much about pushing myself,
but have become “habits for letting go” 🌬️🛁
Spring is a season
where there’s excitement about new beginnings,
but just as much tension.
That’s exactly why
I feel it’s so important
to set aside time to recharge first 🌸
What I’m Doing Now to Welcome April with a Fresh Start 🌿
At this time of year, rather than trying to make “major changes,”
I focus on
“getting my usual routine back on track.”
For example:
- Not staying up too late 🌙
- Staying well-hydrated 💧
- Coming home early on days when I’m tired from being out
- Regulating my nighttime rhythm with hydrogen inhalation and warm baths
That’s really all it takes 😊
In the past,
I used to think,
“I’ll really get my act together starting in April!”
so much that
I’d actually end up exhausted by the end of March.
But now,
I feel that if I gradually get my breathing in order during March,
the transition into April feels much gentler🌿
Preparing to welcome
a new season without straining myself
might actually be these simple, unassuming things✨

It’s okay if the new season isn’t “perfect” 🌷
Spring inevitably feels
like the “season of new beginnings,” doesn’t it? 🌸
That’s why
it’s easy to think,
“I have to do this right,”
“I have to get organized,”
“I have to switch gears.”
But lately,
I’ve come to realize
that it’s okay not to be perfect in the new season, too😊
It’s okay to welcome the day while still feeling a little tired,
and it’s okay if my emotions haven’t caught up yet.
Even so,
if I can just take a breath
and come back to myself a little, I’ll be fine.
The time I spend recharging while taking in hydrogen
has become, in that way,
a “place to return to my own pace”
🌿
Before April, I won’t rush myself 🌸
Spring is a season when everything around us starts to move.
So, I sometimes find myself thinking,
“I have to hurry up too.”
But,
it’s precisely when the seasons change
that I shouldn’t push myself too hard.
For me right now,
that’s a form of self-care in its own right 😊
- Take deep breaths
- Create a quiet moment while inhaling hydrogen
- Unwind in the bath after a long day
- Take a few moments to center myself before bed
By building on these small things,
I hope to start the new year being true to myself 🌿

Summary☁️
・It’s easy to tense up without realizing it as March comes to an end
・I’m making it a point to take “a moment to breathe” before April begins
・Hydrogen inhalation and warm baths are habits meant to help me relax, not to push myself harder
・I want to welcome the new year at my own pace, without striving for perfection
April is a season when a fresh breeze blows🍃
That’s exactly why
it might be important to pause for a moment beforehand
and let your mind and body relax🌸
I, too,
want to welcome the new season
without rushing or pushing myself too hard,
but with a sense of ease and comfort😊
