🌸Episode 21: Cherry Blossom Season and an Outing with Hydrogen Water ~Enjoying Spring and Taking Time to Recharge in My Own Way~

Hello, it’s me Sonata.🌿

When the cherry blossoms start to bloom,

it really makes you want to get outside, doesn’t it? 🌸✨

Taking a walk in the soft spring air,

or gazing at the beautiful cherry blossoms.

I think these are the kinds of joys you can only experience at this time of year 😊

I love cherry blossom viewing and spring walks too,

but when I actually go out,

it can sometimes be more physically taxing than I expected 💦

Walking for long periods,

getting a little tired from the crowds,

or worrying about pollen… 🌸💨

While spring outings are fun,

they can also be surprisingly **“exhausting”** 🍃

Spring outings take more energy than you’d think 🌿

When the weather gets nice,

you just naturally want to get out and about, don’t you? 🚶‍♀️✨

But spring is also a season

when your body is prone to fluctuations—

with temperature swings still happening

and the effects of pollen setting in 🌸

In the past,

I’d often push myself too hard thinking,

“It’s such a special chance to see the cherry blossoms,”

only to be completely exhausted by the time I got home… 😅

The cherry blossoms were beautiful,

but I’d come home feeling completely drained.

There were quite a few days like that.

Since I can’t use my inhaler outside, I bring hydrogen-rich water with me 💧

In my daily life,

I make sure to set aside time for hydrogen inhalation at home 🌿

But when I go out for cherry blossom viewing or just a quick outing,

obviously, I can’t bring my inhaler with me 👜

What I’ve found really convenient for those times

is bringing hydrogen-rich water with me 💧✨

Lately, I’ve been using the H2-BAG,

which lets me carry pre-made hydrogen-rich water 🎒

With this,

・While commuting 🚃

・When taking a breather while looking at the cherry blossoms 🌸

・During meals or breaks 🍴

I can naturally stay hydrated 😊

Even if it’s not a “dedicated time for self-care” like using my inhaler,

it feels like I’m bringing a little bit of my usual routine with me,

which gives me a sense of security 🌿

The “peace of mind from being able to bring it along” is surprisingly significant 👜

While the hydrogen water itself is great,

what I find most important is

the “peace of mind from being able to bring it along” 😊

Spring outings are fun,

but by the time I head home,

I’m often a little tired,

thirsty,

or my body feels heavy without me even realizing it💦

At times like that,

having an H2-BAG in my bag

gives me a little peace of mind,

thinking, “Well, I’ve got this, so I’ll be okay”🌸

I’m not exaggerating—

it’s like being able to bring a little bit of “my usual rhythm” with me.

That’s actually surprisingly important when you’re out and about in the spring 🌿

After cherry blossom viewing, I take my time to recharge at home 🏠

I drink hydrogen-rich water when I’m out,

and when I get home, I do inhalation therapy or take a warm bath ♨️

Lately, I’ve started

adapting my routine to suit each situation 🌿

On cherry blossom viewing days,

I sometimes end up walking for too long or getting tired from the crowds.

That’s exactly why, once I get home, I try not to push myself too hard

and make sure to carve out some quiet time 😌

Spring is a fun season,

but it’s also a season when **“recharging” is important**.

Enjoying myself outside,

then taking it easy at home.

Since I’ve established this routine,

I feel like spring outings have become a little easier 🌸

For me, even the time spent looking at cherry blossoms is a form of self-care 🌸

Cherry blossoms—

just looking at them helps me unwind, doesn’t it? 😊

Those moments when I think, “How beautiful,”

and stop to look up at the sky☁️

Just that alone makes me feel like I’m breathing a little deeper🌿

Whether it’s carrying hydrogen-rich water with me as I walk

or gazing at the cherry blossoms,

for me, these are **“small habits for enjoying spring comfortably”**🌸✨

It’s not about forcing myself to get organized,

but about doing it at my own pace while having fun.

Maybe that’s what spring is all about🍃

Summary ☁️

・Spring outings are fun, but they can be surprisingly tiring 🌸

・Since it’s hard to inhale hydrogen water outdoors, I carry it with me 💧

・With the H2-BAG, I can take a little bit of my usual routine with me when I’m out and about 🎒

・Even moments like cherry blossom viewing are an important part of my self-care routine 🌿

Since spring is so short,

I want to enjoy it without pushing myself too hard 🌸✨

This year, too, I plan to savor

the cherry blossom season at my own pace 😊
