Hello, it’s Sonata. 🌿
During this time when the cold lingers,
there are days when you might feel your health or mood getting a bit shaky… ❄️
In previous posts,
we’ve talked about:
how to get through pollen season 🌸
hydrogen inhalation maintenance 🧼
and how to approach those times when your health or mood feels unstable.
This time, building on those topics,
I’d like to write about “how I manage to keep going without pushing too hard”
In other words, I’d like to share my personal approach to self-care 😊
Don’t make “continuing” the goal
To be honest,
I’m not the type who excels at strictly sticking to things 😅
“Must do X minutes every day”
“It’s bad if I skip it”
When I set rules like that,
it just weighs me down 💭
So with hydrogen inhalation too,
I’ve never once forced myself to “keep going.”
It just became part of my life,
I never thought about stopping,
and as a result, it continued.
Looking back now, that was the most natural way.🌿

Routines aren’t “something you decide,” they’re “a flow”
For me, hydrogen inhalation
isn’t a special event, it’s part of my life.
- After brushing my teeth🪥
- While checking my phone📱
- During breaks from PC work💻
- When lying down in bed🛏
It’s placed gently within these everyday moments,
just as an extra step.
No need to psych myself up with “Alright, let’s do this💪”—
I use it whenever I think, “Now seems like a good time.”
That’s all it takes, I believe ☺️

The reassurance that “while doing something else” is perfectly fine
As I’ve mentioned before,
one of the things I love about hydrogen inhalation is that you can do it “while doing something else”.
- While listening to music🎧
- While watching anime📺
- While working on the PC💻
- It’s even okay if you fall asleep😴
On days when you’re not feeling your best,
or when you’re just a little tired,
that sense of relief—
“I don’t have to push myself to do anything”—
feels incredibly significant.
Self-care is about “rebalancing”
During pollen season🌸
or times with big temperature swings,
if you have a predisposed constitution or chronic conditions,
your physical state tends to fluctuate.
What I focus on during those times
is not “perfectly fixing” things,
but “preventing them from falling apart too much.”
Hydrogen inhalation isn’t about
dramatically transforming my body,
but rather becoming a time
to gently return myself to my original state.🌿
It’s precisely because I don’t push myself that it’s lasted.
If hydrogen inhalation felt like an obligation—
- Strictly every day⏰
- At a set time📅
- in the correct posture, done just right…🧎♀️
like some kind of “obligation,”
I definitely wouldn’t have kept it up this long.
The reality is much looser and freer,
and precisely because it doesn’t disrupt my life,
I naturally think,
“Maybe I’ll use it today too~”.
That’s my answer to self-care😊

☁️ Summary
- Self-care doesn’t have to be something you “push yourself to do”👌
- Routines aren’t about “effort” but “flowing into daily life”
- Hydrogen inhalation is easy to stick with because you can do it while multitasking💧
- The goal of self-care isn’t “perfection” but “rebuilding”
Especially during this lingering cold season,
let’s cherish a gentle rhythm for ourselves❄️
Moving forward,
I hope to keep adjusting at my own pace—
without pushing too hard or rushing🌸
