Hiro here! Today, I’m sharing my daily routine incorporating hydrogen care. I hope this helps answer the question, “How do you fit it into your everyday life?”

Morning: 6:30 AM Wake Up The first thing I do is drink a glass of hydrogen water. In winter, I turn on the electric kettle first; by the time I’m back from the bathroom, it’s ready, so I mix 300cc of hydrogen water with 30cc of hot water. It wakes up my body while replenishing fluids lost during sleep. I prefer room temperature or slightly warm water because it’s gentler on the body than cold water, so I’m definitely a “room-temp” person.
Morning: 7:00 AM Breakfast I’m the type who likes to eat a solid breakfast. My menu focuses on protein, vegetables, and fruit, always served with a side of hydrogen water. I don’t rely solely on hydrogen; I believe a balanced diet is the foundation.
Daytime: At Work I keep a hydrogen inhalation device on my desk, inhaling while frequently hydrating with hydrogen water. In the morning and afternoon, I spend 60 minutes doing YouTube research to stay updated on various fields while focusing on my clients’ work. Also, I try to avoid carbohydrates during lunch.
Evening: After Work Upon returning home, I start with a glass of hydrogen water. I drink it slowly, imagining it washing away the day’s fatigue. I go to the gym 2–3 times a week and make sure to drink hydrogen water before and after training. I feel like it helps reduce muscle soreness.
Night: Bath Time The highlight of my day! I soak in a bath with hydrogen bath salts for 30–60 minutes. No smartphone allowed—I just zone out and meditate while visualizing alpha waves. This has become a precious time for generating ideas, reviewing, and organizing my thoughts.

Night: Before Bed 30 minutes before sleep, I do my final hydrogen inhalation while checking and adjusting my upcoming schedule. This completes my daily hydrogen care. I also do some light stretching before getting into bed to ensure high-quality sleep.
This is how I naturally integrate hydrogen care without overdoing it. The key is “don’t try too hard.” To make it a habit, it’s important to find a method that fits your lifestyle. I found my current routine through a bit of trial and error.
