What I Couldn’t Fully Cover in the Column
In the previous blog (25-1), we explored the value of visualizing blood flow.
In this section, I would like to focus on what can be observed before and after hydrogen use, based on real-life observations.

Observing Circulation
Using a blood flow scope,
it is possible to observe red blood cells moving through capillaries.
When circulation appears less active, it may look like:
- slower movement
- uneven flow
- occasional stagnation
When the condition appears more balanced, it may look like:
- smoother movement
- consistent rhythm
- more dynamic flow

Experiences Related to Hydrogen
At the salon, blood flow is sometimes observed before and after hydrogen inhalation.
Clients often share impressions such as:
- “The flow looks smoother.”
- “The cells seem to move more actively.”
These are personal observations and should not be interpreted as medical claims.
However, seeing these changes can help increase awareness of the body’s condition.

Connection to Physical Sensations
Some people also describe sensations such as:
- feeling warmer
- feeling lighter
- reduced awareness of swelling
These experiences may be related to overall circulation awareness,
especially during colder seasons.

Conclusion (25-2)
By visualizing circulation, we can better understand what was previously only felt.
Hydrogen is sometimes included as one element in supporting overall body balance and awareness.
