What I Couldn’t Fit Into the Column

In my second newspaper column, I shared how rediscovering hydrogen opened a new chapter in my life.
Here, I’d like to tell you more about how I reconnected with hydrogen and why this time it made such a profound difference.

From Childhood Struggles to Becoming a Therapist

As a child, I experienced right-side paralysis and later scoliosis, which became life-long challenges.
Yet these challenges led me to the path of becoming a therapist.

Over the years, I have performed more than 10,000 sessions and integrated fasting, nutrition improvements, colon hydrotherapy, and meditation into my own life.
These practices became the foundation of both my personal health and my work as a therapist.

The Pandemic and Rediscovering Hydrogen

During the pandemic, I managed to stay active but could not receive massages myself.
Because of scoliosis, the imbalance in my muscles caused recurring pain, and I was searching for relief.
That was when I reconnected with hydrogen—something I had nearly forgotten.

About 10 years earlier, during the first hydrogen boom, I tried hydrogen baths and hydrogen water generators but felt little effect.
This time was different: hydrogen technology had advanced, and perhaps my body’s condition had also changed.
The results were so remarkable that I was genuinely moved.

Conclusion
