The cold lingers on,
yet today is also one where you can sense just a hint of spring deep within the air.
This time of year brings alternating cold days and slightly warmer ones.
Your body and mood feel somewhat unsettled…
Do you ever feel that kind of “fluctuation”? ❄️🌸
🌬 Spring is a Season Prone to Change
Bodies that stiffened during winter
now slowly begin to move as we head toward spring.
・Temperature swings
・Pollen
・Changes in atmospheric pressure
・Year-end busyness
Your body reacts to the season more than you realize.
In the past, when this season came around,
my breathing would become shallow, my sleep disrupted,
and before I knew it, my health would suffer.
That “vague feeling of being off” would build up,
and suddenly, my balance would collapse—
I’ve experienced spring like that many times.

🌿 Spring is the perfect time to “gently add” hydrogen
Now, when I feel like my breathing is shallow,
I make time to breathe deeply and slowly while inhaling hydrogen.
After getting into bed,
I close my eyes while inhaling hydrogen.
Then,
I feel my breathing rhythm gradually settle.
During the day too, between computer tasks,
I sometimes take just a few minutes to regulate my breathing while inhaling hydrogen.
It’s nothing special.
Simply “focusing my awareness on my breath” while inhaling hydrogen.
Just that alone,
makes it easier for my body’s stiffness to ease,
and I feel it becomes easier to return to a state that’s “not too overwhelmed” 🌿

🎎 Thoughts on Girls’ Day
Girls’ Day is a day to wish for healthy growth.
As a child, I was protected,
but now I’m in the position of protecting my own body.
Protecting myself doesn’t mean anything difficult,
just checking:
・Am I feeling a little tired today?
- Is my breathing shallow?
- Am I pushing myself too hard?
And then,
taking quiet time while inhaling hydrogen
is also one of my “small habits for self-care.”
Spring is a season of change.
That’s precisely why
the time spent regulating my breath while inhaling hydrogen
has become my support during this season 🌸
