What I Couldn’t Fully Share in the Newspaper Column

In the seventh newspaper column, I introduced the idea that hydrogen supplements work differently from hydrogen water or inhalation.

Rather, it suggests:

• A healthier gut environment
• Lower chronic inflammation
• A lifestyle rich in fiber and fermented foods
• Strong beneficial bacteria

All of these may contribute to producing more natural hydrogen.

This offers an important insight:
