What I Couldn’t Fit Into the Column
In my second newspaper column, I wrote about how rediscovering hydrogen opened a new chapter in my life.
Here, I’d like to go deeper into my personal experiences with different ways of using hydrogen—inhalation, water, baths, and supplements—and share the changes I actually felt.

Hydrogen Inhalation
The first method I tried was hydrogen inhalation.
On nights when I felt especially fatigued, I noticed a lightness in my body afterward, and the next morning I woke up feeling refreshed.
I also felt that my nervous system calmed down, and the heavy, anxious feelings from pain started to ease.
After inhalation, I naturally found myself breathing more deeply—a sign of relaxation.

Hydrogen Water
Next, I added hydrogen water into my routine.
It didn’t bring the same dramatic effect as inhalation, but when I drank it during work breaks or before and after treatments, I noticed my digestion and elimination became smoother.
Some clients also told me, “Since I started drinking hydrogen water regularly, my bowel movements and urination improved.”

Hydrogen Baths
Hydrogen baths brought some of the most remarkable changes for me.
By soaking in 38–40°C warm water for about 20 minutes, my body warmed from the inside, and muscle tension released naturally.
I not only slept more deeply but also noticed that my back pain eased and even scars that had been slow to heal improved in appearance.

Hydrogen Supplements
Finally, I started taking hydrogen supplements, usually two capsules before going to bed.
Their convenience is appealing—they fit easily into travel or busy days.
One client told me, “At first I had diarrhea, but after about two weeks my gut calmed down and my digestion improved.”
For me, they became a reliable way to keep hydrogen in my routine consistently.

Conclusion
Hydrogen can be taken in many forms—inhalation, water, baths, and supplements—each offering its own unique benefits.
My experiences are just one example, but what matters most is finding a way that fits your own lifestyle so you can continue without stress.
