🌸 Episode 84: Not Letting Autumn Hay Fever Get Me Down! My Gentle At-Home Self-Care Time

Hello, this is Sonata 🌿✨

We have now entered November, and while it’s a wonderfully pleasant season to feel the deepening autumn, how is everyone’s health holding up? 😊

Actually, every year around this time, something I struggle a bit with is… yes, “autumn hay fever” 💦

Not only in spring, but autumn also brings pollen from weeds like ragweed and mugwort, and lately, having sneezing fits or itchy eyes has been making me feel a bit under the weather.

When I want to enjoy the fresh outdoor air but feel a bit blue because of pollen, the best thing to do is stay in and relax comfortably without pushing myself 🛋️

When my body is feeling a bit sensitive like this, touching base with my favorite entertainment is the best remedy 🎵

Checking out the latest episodes of this season’s anime or diving deep into the worlds of movies and dramas I’ve been curious about helps direct my focus toward fun things 🎬

And of course, playing soothing music in the room while listening to tracks or watching live concert footage of my favorite artists is also a vital source of energy 🎤

Enveloped in my favorite music, my mood, which tends to sink a little due to stuffiness and discomfort, gently softens and lifts up 🎶

Of course, incorporating hydrogen inhalation doesn’t mean “hay fever symptoms will magically vanish!”

While it cannot directly cure allergy discomfort, using my daily hydrogen routine as a gentle way to care for oxidative stress in the body and soothe an autonomic nervous system strained by discomfort has become an indispensable, comforting presence for me 💧

First is my home hydrogen bath, which warms my chilled body and pollen-tired frame right from the core 🛁

Taking a slow soak in a lukewarm hydrogen bath at home lets me be enveloped in delicate bubbles and warmth 🌙

Taking slow, deep breaths inside the bathtub lets all the tension from a pollen-tired body and daily busyness melt away from my whole body, which feels so wonderful 🌿

And from the time I step out of the bath until I get into bed, it is time for my staple: hydrogen inhalation ✨

I dim the room lights a bit to rely only on soft indirect lighting, play some quiet music in the background, attach my cannula, and quietly repeat deep breaths 🎵

The time I spend inhaling hydrogen is a precious moment when I can gently focus solely on my own breathing 😊

By returning my mind to a neutral state at a set hour every day, I feel like I’m building a healthy foundation that won’t get beaten down by seasonal changes ✨

Furthermore, for regular hydration during the day, I have a glass of hydrogen water 💧

I make it a point to comfortably spend my days at my own pace while steadily supplying gentle hydration to my body 🌿

Cop-ping with the minor inconvenience of autumn hay fever while filling my heart with my favorite anime and music, and gently caring for myself with my usual hydrogen routine 🌸

This kind of relaxed and personal self-care time suits me best right now 😊

Do you have any special health management or pollen countermeasures you practice during this season?

I hope you all stay warm and spend wonderful autumn days as well ✨
