Hello everyone.
In Episode 57 of my newspaper column, I shared how interest in hydrogen has been growing across the United States and why continuing my education has become such an important part of my work.
Today, I’d like to expand on that story.
After more than 30 years as a therapist in New York, I’ve noticed that inquiries about hydrogen inhalation are gradually increasing—not only from New York, but from people across the United States.
In the past, many people simply asked, “What is hydrogen therapy?”
Today, it’s becoming much more common for visitors to arrive after reading scientific papers, researching molecular hydrogen online, and comparing different hydrogen systems.

My Clients Continue to Inspire Me
Some of the questions I receive today are surprisingly detailed.
“How much hydrogen does your system produce per minute?”
“What hydrogen concentration does it provide?”
“Can you explain the flow rate and technical specifications?”
These thoughtful questions motivate me to continue learning.
They also remind me how important it is to stay current with the latest research so I can provide accurate, balanced information.

Continuing Education Builds Confidence
I am currently studying molecular hydrogen through the Molecular Hydrogen Institute (MHI), where scientists and researchers teach courses based on current scientific evidence.
Learning technical terminology and reading research papers in English is certainly challenging, but every lesson reminds me how quickly this field continues to evolve.
I believe personal experience should always be supported by ongoing education and scientific understanding.

Summary (57-1)
In Episode 57 of my newspaper column, I introduced the growing interest in hydrogen wellness throughout the United States and shared why I continue studying this field.
More people are researching hydrogen inhalation and home hydrogen systems before visiting our salon, making it increasingly important to provide reliable, up-to-date information.
My goal is to continue learning about hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, hydrogen water, hydrogen mist, and molecular hydrogen research so I can help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
In Blog 57-2, I’ll explain why continuing education is so highly valued in the United States and how lifelong learning helps me better serve every client.
This article is intended for educational purposes based on publicly available research and educational resources. Molecular hydrogen is not a medication and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
