Hello. How are you enjoying your summer?
Air conditioning is essential for helping us stay safe during extreme summer heat. At the same time, many people tell me that they feel unusually cold indoors, experience stiffness around the neck and shoulders, or notice that their hands and feet feel cold. During the summer, the large temperature difference between the heat outdoors and strongly air-conditioned indoor spaces can sometimes place more stress on the body than we realize.
At my salon, I often hear clients say, “My body feels heavy and sluggish,” or “I feel chilled from the air conditioning.”
At the same time, some clients who experience hydrogen inhalation for the first time tell us, “My body felt warm,” “My hands and feet felt warmer,” or “I felt as though my circulation improved.”
Of course, these are personal experiences and individual impressions, and everyone may respond differently.
Some clients also choose to observe their capillary blood flow before and after a hydrogen inhalation session using our capillary microscope. Being able to see and compare their own capillaries before and after the experience often sparks greater curiosity and encourages them to learn more about hydrogen.
For some people, experiences like these become an opportunity to incorporate hydrogen inhalation into their regular wellness and self-care routine.
Today, research on molecular hydrogen continues in many areas, including its potential relationship with oxidative stress and inflammatory processes. To provide more accurate and responsible information, I have continued my own studies and recently earned a hydrogen advisor certification through a U.S.-based hydrogen education organization. I look forward to continuing to learn from emerging research and sharing information about hydrogen in a clear and responsible way.
To stay comfortable and well during the hot summer months, proper hydration, adequate sleep, and avoiding excessive cooling from air conditioning are also important parts of everyday self-care.
If you are interested in experiencing hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen baths, or hydrogen water, or would like to learn more about hydrogen devices for home use, please feel free to contact us.
I hope that hydrogen may continue to become one gentle option that fits naturally into everyday life.
