🌸Episode 45: A Day When It Doesn’t Rain, Even Though It’s the Rainy Season ~In the Stifling Air, Incorporating Hydrogen Water and Hydrogen Inhalation~

Hello, it’s Sonata. 🌿

Even though we’ve entered the rainy season, there are days this year when it just won’t rain properly ☁️

The sky is overcast, but the rain doesn’t fall as much as you’d expect.

It feels like it’s about to rain but never does, leaving only humidity and heat lingering in the air.

When it rains properly, it sometimes feels like the air gets refreshed a bit.

But on days when it doesn’t rain properly, the air just stays heavy.

When you go outside, the humidity clings to your skin.

Even indoors, the air feels somehow stuffy.

Even if the temperature doesn’t seem that high, the high humidity alone can make your body feel heavy.

On days like this, both your body and your mood tend to feel a bit gloomy.

Your head might not feel clear from the morning,

it might take a while to get moving,

or you might find it harder to concentrate than usual.

It’s not exactly that you “feel sick,”

but you just don’t feel quite yourself.

During the rainy season, it feels like those days become more frequent.🌿

On days when the rain doesn’t fully come down, the view outside looks a bit hazy.

It’s not a blue sky, nor is it a proper downpour.

The sky just feels heavy, and the humidity is high.

On days like this, rather than forcing myself to cheer up, I try to listen to my body first.

“I feel a little sluggish today.”

“I haven’t been drinking enough water.”

“My breathing might be shallow.”

In this way, I try to pay a little more attention to myself than usual.

The first thing I focus on is staying hydrated regularly.

During the rainy season, there are days when I don’t feel like I’m sweating as much as I do in the height of summer.

But with the high humidity and air conditioning running indoors, I feel like I can easily become dehydrated without even realizing it.

That’s why I’ve incorporated hydrogen-rich water into my daily routine.

Drinking hydrogen-rich water doesn’t feel like I’m doing anything special.

When I wake up in the morning, during breaks at work, after a bath, or whenever I feel a little thirsty.

I incorporate it naturally as part of my daily hydration routine.

This isn’t to say that “drinking hydrogen-rich water will cure everything.”

For me, it’s simply a small habit to take care of my body on days when the air feels heavy.

It’s about approaching the simple act of drinking water with a little more care.

Just that alone can sometimes help me feel a little calmer.

Another practice I value highly is hydrogen inhalation.

On rainy days during the rainy season, perhaps because the air feels heavy, I sometimes feel like my breathing becomes shallow.

Of course, this is just my personal experience.

If you’re feeling unwell, short of breath, or have a severe headache, it’s important not to push yourself and to consult a medical professional.

That said, on days when I feel a little tired or my mood is low, I make a point of setting aside some quiet time to do hydrogen inhalation.

I sit in a chair and relax my back.

I breathe in slowly through my nose and exhale slowly through my mouth.

I put my phone aside for a moment and focus my attention on my breathing.

It’s just a short time, but for me, it’s a precious moment to reset.

I sometimes feel as though my mood, which had been weighed down by the heavy air of the rainy season, is gradually returning to my own rhythm. 🌿

Hydrogen inhalation doesn’t change everything instantly.

But while I’m inhaling, at least I have a moment to sit quietly and focus on myself.

I’m so grateful for that time during this unstable rainy season.

The rainy season is a time when both body and mind are easily swayed by the weather.

When it rains, it’s hard to go outside.

When it doesn’t rain, humidity and heat build up.

Just when you think it’s sunny, it suddenly becomes muggy.

Air conditioning keeps you cool, but staying in it too long can make you feel chilled.

It’s surprisingly hard for the body to keep up with these small daily changes.

That’s exactly why I make a conscious effort not to “push myself too hard” during this time of year.

On heavy days, I just go with the flow.

On days when I don’t feel refreshed, I don’t force myself to feel that way.

I drink a little water.

Take a short break.

Take a moment to steady my breathing.

For me, drinking hydrogen-rich water and inhaling hydrogen are part of that routine.

It’s not about making drastic changes all at once,

but rather a daily habit to gently realign myself, little by little.

On days during the rainy season when the rain just won’t come.

On days when the air feels heavy, dragging my mood down with it.

It’s precisely at times like these that I want to take the time to regain my own rhythm.

I sip hydrogen-rich water slowly.

I steady my breathing while inhaling hydrogen.

I get ready for bed early.

They may be small things, but I feel that these little habits make the rainy season days a little gentler☁️🌿

From now on, the truly muggy days will start to increase.

On those days when the air feels heavy and the rain just won’t come, please don’t push yourself too hard—try to stay mindful of staying hydrated and taking frequent breaks.

This rainy season, I also plan to incorporate hydrogen water and hydrogen inhalation into my daily routine, so I won’t let the weather get the better of me and can go at my own pace🌿
