🌸Episode 43: The Start of the Rainy Season and Days with Low Pressure ~How I Used Hydrogen Inhalation to Recharge on Days When My Head Feels Heavy~

Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿
The rainy season has finally begun☔
The sky is overcast.
Rainy days are becoming more frequent, and the humidity is gradually increasing.
During this time of year, there are days when my body feels heavy for no apparent reason, or my head just doesn’t feel clear.
Especially on days with low atmospheric pressure, I need to be a little more careful.
From the moment I wake up, my head feels foggy.
My neck and shoulders feel heavy.
It’s harder to concentrate than usual.
Somehow, it’s hard to get my body going.
I feel like those kinds of days increase during the rainy season.
Of course, this is just my personal experience.
There are various causes for headaches and physical discomfort, and if you have severe pain or symptoms that are different from usual, it’s important not to push yourself and to consult a medical professional.
That said, in my case, on days with low atmospheric pressure, I make a conscious effort to tell myself, “Today, I’ll take some time to recharge.” 🌿

It’s said that some people experience symptoms such as a heavy feeling in the head, lethargy, and stiffness in the neck and shoulders during the rainy season.
Additionally, headaches and physical fluctuations caused by changes in the weather are sometimes referred to as “weather-related illness” or “weather pain.”
I, too, sometimes feel a heaviness around my head on days when it rains continuously or when there are significant changes in atmospheric pressure.
At times like that, I incorporate hydrogen inhalation into my routine.
When I do hydrogen inhalation, I try to create as quiet an environment as possible.
I sit in a chair, relax my back a little, and close my eyes.
Then, I focus on breathing slowly.
I inhale through my nose and exhale slowly.
I don’t rush or get flustered; I simply focus on the rhythm of my breath.
This time is very important to me.
I’m not saying that “my headaches go away” or
“my discomfort disappears.”
However, based on my personal experience, on days when low pressure makes my head feel heavy, hydrogen inhalation helps calm my breathing and makes me feel as though the tension in my body is easing slightly.
As a result, my mind relaxes a bit,
and it becomes a moment when I can think,
“I feel a little better now.” 🌿

The rainy season is a time when we’re easily affected by the weather outside.
When it rains continuously, it becomes a hassle to go out.
Laundry doesn’t dry easily.
The humidity makes the air feel heavy.
And sometimes, changes in atmospheric pressure can cause fluctuations in how I feel.
That’s exactly why I make a conscious effort to “get myself in order early” during this time of year.
Instead of pushing myself too hard after my head starts to feel heavy,
I rest as soon as I feel even a slight discomfort.
I drink water.
I make my room quiet.
I cut back on screen time.
And I calm my breathing while inhaling hydrogen.
It’s nothing special.
But I feel that these small, consistent habits are just right for me when getting through the rainy season☔
For me, hydrogen inhalation is “time to center myself.”
Rather than seeing it as a way to heal my body,
it feels like a way to bring myself back to a quiet place when I’m being tossed about by busyness or the weather.
I set up the inhaler and sit down slowly.
For those few dozen minutes, I make it time for myself, not for anyone else.
On days with low pressure during the rainy season, I find that kind of time incredibly precious.

In my case, I incorporate not only hydrogen inhalation but also hydrogen-infused water and hydrogen baths into my daily routine.
On days when low pressure makes my body feel heavy, instead of forcing myself to be more active,
I regulate my breathing with hydrogen inhalation,
sip hydrogen-infused water slowly,
and warm my body with a hydrogen bath at night.
That’s how I try to take care of myself little by little throughout the day 🛁
During the rainy season, it’s easy for your mood to feel gloomy too.
But rainy days have their own way of being enjoyed.
If I can’t go outside, I focus on taking care of myself at home.
If low pressure makes me feel sluggish, I slow down a bit today.
If my head feels foggy, I start by taking slow, steady breaths.
I feel like these small choices make each day of the rainy season a little gentler.
Of course, if you have a severe headache or experience unusual symptoms, it’s important not to endure it but to consult a specialist.
Hydrogen inhalation is not a substitute for medical care.
However, for me, it has become a habit—a way to reflect on my well-being on those low-pressure days of the rainy season.🌿
Listening to the sound of the rain, I quietly inhale hydrogen.
I try not to let the heaviness in my head or the sluggishness in my body overwhelm me, and instead, I return to my own pace, even if just a little.
Just having that moment makes even a rainy day feel a little different.
We’re entering a season where rainy days will continue for a while ☔
On days with low pressure, please don’t push yourself too hard. Instead, try to take it easy while listening to the voices of your body and mind.
This rainy season, I also plan to take care of myself at my own pace by incorporating hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen water, and hydrogen baths 🌿
