Hello, it’s Sonata. 🌿
Today is Children’s Day, isn’t it? 🎏
As I write this, I’m hoping that everyone is having a carefree and peaceful day, just like the carp streamers swimming in the sky.
During seasonal changes or when you’re feeling a little tired,
there are days when you think, “My throat feels a bit off,” aren’t there?
Just the other day, I felt like I was coming down with a cold, and there were days when my throat felt particularly off.
It wasn’t bad enough to knock me out completely, but it felt different than usual, so I spent the day thinking, “I’d better not push myself too hard.” 🍀
When your throat feels off, it can make you feel a little uneasy, can’t it?
You worry about speaking, and when you swallow, you feel like “something’s different today,” which can make you feel a bit subdued.

At times like that, I make it a priority not to push myself.
I drink something warm, take things as slowly as possible, and become even more conscious of “taking care of myself” than usual.
Among these things, what gave me a real sense of reassurance was the time I spent taking in hydrogen.
As I sat quietly in my room inhaling, my frantic feelings seemed to gradually settle down, and even on days when my throat was bothering me, I felt grateful to have moments like this.
Of course, this is strictly my own personal experience.
However, the more restless I feel because of a sore throat, the more I appreciate having this quiet time to sit still.
Rather than doing something special, I naturally incorporated it as part of my routine of self-care.🌿
For me, on days like this, rather than panicking and thinking, “I have to get better quickly,” I feel it suits me better to avoid adding extra stress and just spend time quietly.
The time spent inhaling hydrogen felt like a gentle companion, fitting naturally into that “routine of self-care.”

When you’re feeling a little under the weather, even the things you normally do without a second thought can start to feel like a burden, don’t they?
Even if it’s just a sore throat, your mind can get pulled in that direction more than you realize.
That’s exactly why, on days like these, I want to prioritize “getting proper rest” and “taking time to calm myself down.”
Rather than adding something from the outside, I focus first on creating an environment where I can spend time in peace.
Just doing that alone makes me feel like my mindset shifts a little ✨
This time, too, while taking it easy without pushing myself despite my sore throat, I found that taking time to inhale hydrogen felt like a source of support for me.
Just having something I can think, “This is what helps me feel calm at times like this,” seems to create a little breathing room in my mind.
It’s easy to feel anxious on days when you’re not feeling your best, but perhaps that’s exactly when it’s most important to be kind to yourself.
For me, one way to do that was taking a quiet moment to inhale 🍵

On days when I feel a cold coming on or my throat is bothering me, I’m reminded of just how grateful I am to be able to go about my day as usual.
At the same time, I feel reassured by the fact that I have a habit of taking care of myself on those days.
Taking the time to look after my body on gentle, special occasions like Children’s Day might just be an important part of living each day peacefully.
From now on, especially on days when I’m feeling a little under the weather, I want to make sure I don’t rush or push myself too hard, but instead focus on the self-care routine that works best for me. 🌸
To everyone else, if you’re feeling a sore throat or just aren’t feeling your best, please don’t push yourself—stay warm and take it easy 🌿
