Hello, it’s Sonata here🌿
As we approach the latter half of April, our outfits are gradually getting lighter, aren’t they?🌸
We’re reaching for heavy coats less often, we feel like choosing brighter-colored clothes, and walking outside feels more pleasant than before.
When I’m enveloped in that spring-like air, I feel like my mood lightens up just a little too😊
But during this time of year, the seasonal vibe we see can sometimes feel a bit different from what our bodies actually sense.
Even if it’s warm during the day, mornings and evenings can still be a bit chilly, and on windy days, the air can feel colder than expected.
While enjoying spring-like outfits, there are days when I think, “It might have been a bit chilly today”—and that’s perhaps unique to this season🌿
On days like that, I want to keep enjoying the lightness of spring while making sure to take time to unwind properly in the evening.
Especially during this time of year when spending time outdoors feels so pleasant, I feel like my body might be working a little harder than I realize.
That’s exactly why, at the end of the day, I don’t want to force myself to stay energetic—I want to let my body return to a state of calm. 🍀

What I find most comforting during this time is taking time at night to slowly warm up in a hydrogen bath 🛁
Spring is a bright and active season, but because I’m out in the fresh air more often, I feel relieved to have a quiet moment to catch my breath once I’m back home.
On nights after a day spent in light clothing, or when the wind was colder than expected, warm water feels especially welcome.
At times like that, I like to take my time in the hydrogen bath.
It’s less about doing something special and more about shifting my mindset from being out in the spring air to settling into my home time. 🌙
I drift off in the warm water, letting go of the day’s events little by little.
I feel as though the hustle and bustle of spring and the memory of the chilly outdoor air gradually soften during my bath time, and I love this rhythm. 😊

Spring is a season when I want to “live lightly,” but lately, I’ve come to feel that “not letting myself get too cold” is just as important as that lightness.
Even though it looks like spring, my body might be catching up to the season a little more slowly.
That’s why, instead of forcing myself to endure or pretending not to notice,
“I’d like to warm up a little today,”
“I’d like some time to unwind today,”
I want to cherish those small feelings just as they are 🌸
Enjoying spring fashion and paying attention to how my body feels—
both are important to me right now.
Light and airy during the day, gentle and warm at night.
I hope to spend this season comfortably, striking that balance. 🌿
