Hello, it’s me Sonata.🌿
Spring is such a fun time to get out and about, isn’t it? 🌸
Whether it’s going to see the cherry blossoms, taking a long walk,
or just feeling the fresh air outside, it really lifts your spirits 😊
But don’t you ever feel,
the moment you get home,
“I might be a little tired…”? 💦
I love spring outings too,
but on nights after a fun day out,
I really feel that “how you spend the rest of the evening” is important.
Today, I’d like to write about
my evening routine after coming home on days like that 🌿
The first thing I do is decide not to “push myself too hard” 🍵
When I get home from an outing,
I sometimes find myself wanting to just keep going.
“I have to do the laundry”
“I have to tidy up”
“Maybe I’ll just do this while I’m at it”
But I make it a point,
especially after a spring outing,
to decide right away:
“I’m not going to push myself too hard today” 😊
I walk into the entryway,
put down my bag,
and just sit down.
Just doing that
makes my body feel a little relieved 🌸
After being out and about,
it’s surprisingly easy to push yourself too hard while you’re still in that happy mood.
That’s exactly why I make it a priority to take a moment to breathe first 🌿

Getting back into my usual rhythm with hydrogen water 💧
I carry hydrogen water with me in my H2-BAG when I’m out,
but even after I get home, I make sure to hydrate first 💧
Drinking water after getting home
gives me that feeling of,
“Ah, I’m really back now,”
and it helps me feel a little calmer 😊
For me,
hydrogen water isn’t just for when I’m out—it’s like a “switch to reset” even after I get home.
Whether it’s a day when I’ve walked a lot,
or a day when the crowds left me a little tired,
I start by hydrating and settling down.
Just doing that
makes me feel like my evenings become a little gentler 🌿
Creating a quiet moment at home with hydrogen inhalation 🌬️
Once I’ve settled down after getting home,
I often do some hydrogen inhalation 🌬️
There are days when I’m inevitably on edge outside,
or when pollen and crowds make me feel like my breathing is shallow.
At times like that,
when I spend time at home inhaling hydrogen as usual,
I feel my breathing rhythm gradually settle down 🌿
It’s not like I’m doing anything special—
I just sit there,
scroll through my phone,
and relax.
It feels like I’m simply returning to my usual routine. 😊
After a day out,
just having this quiet time
makes such a difference in how I wrap up the day ✨

Bath Days and Shower Days 🛁
I try to take a bath as often as possible,
but honestly, I can’t manage it perfectly every day 😌
Still,
I never skip my hydrogen inhalation or hydrogen-rich water,
so it’s only on the rare occasion that I just take a shower instead of a bath.
On the days I can soak in the tub,
I take my time warming up,
with the intention of unwinding from the day’s fatigue and lingering stress ♨️
I love that feeling of my feet, tired from walking,
and my body, stiff from the cold air,
gradually relaxing 🌿
On the other hand,
on days when I’m just too exhausted, I’ll sometimes just take a shower.
But even on those days,
having hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen water
makes it easier for me to think, “This is enough for today” 😊
It’s not about getting everything perfectly in order,
but about returning to a state of balance in whatever way I can that day.
That’s just right for me right now 🌸
To avoid carrying fatigue into the next day 🌙
When you go out in the spring,
even though you might feel fine in the moment,
the fatigue can really hit you the next morning, right? 💦
That’s why I make a point of
getting back into my “usual rhythm”
as much as possible before bed.
• Drink hydrogen-rich water
• Do hydrogen inhalation
• Warm up
• Wind down early
Just having this routine
makes me feel like the next morning is a little different 🌿
Taking the time to properly reset after having fun.
That’s also an important part of wrapping up your outing on a positive note, isn’t it? 😊

Summary ☁️
・After a spring outing, first decide not to “push yourself too hard”
・After getting home, use hydrogen-infused water to reset your mindset
・At home, create a quiet moment with hydrogen inhalation
・Take a bath whenever possible, but it’s okay to have shower days too
・I prioritize returning to “my usual self” in whatever way feels right that day
In spring, while enjoying time outdoors is important,
gently bringing yourself back to center after returning home
might be just as important 🌸
From now on,
I want to continue making the evenings after a fun outing
comfortable and relaxing, without pushing myself too hard 😊
