🌿 Blog 9-3: How Hydrogen Supports Calmness and Emotional Balance

In Blog 9-1 and 9-2, we explored
● different causes of dizziness,
● the connection with the inner ear,
● and safe ways to incorporate hydrogen at home.

In this final part of the series, Blog 9-3, I will focus on:
how physical improvements from hydrogen can gently support emotional stability and a sense of calm.

1. The Strong Link Between Dizziness and the Autonomic Nervous System

Dizziness isn’t always caused by ear-related issues.
In many cases, autonomic nervous system imbalance plays a major role.

Stress, lack of sleep, and sudden lifestyle changes can disrupt the balance between the sympathetic system (alert mode) and the parasympathetic system (rest mode). This imbalance may cause:
