Reservations & Cancellations

How to Book
Reservations are accepted by phone only. At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide your credit card information to secure your appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation text message. Please check the details carefully and reply with "Confirm" to finalize your reservation.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: For any changes or cancellations, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No Email or Text Cancellations: Changes or cancellations via email or text message will not be accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full cost of the service will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate the next client. Thank you for your understanding.
